Chimichurri Octopus with fried Chickpeas
Octopus is great on its own… it’s even better with a squeeze of lemon… it’s game-changing with chimichurri!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 large Spanish Octopus – thawed
- 1/2 can strained chickpeas
- 1 jar chimichurri (see recipe)
- 1-2 lemons
- Olive Oil for Garnish
- Bay Leaf
- Peppercorn
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- French Baguette
- Herbs for garnish
