Chimichurri Octopus with fried Chickpeas

Octopus is great on its own… it’s even better with a squeeze of lemon… it’s game-changing with chimichurri!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large Spanish Octopus – thawed
  • 1/2 can strained chickpeas
  • 1 jar chimichurri (see recipe)
  • 1-2 lemons
  • Olive Oil for Garnish
  • Bay Leaf
  • Peppercorn
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • French Baguette
  • Herbs for garnish
