Chipotle Salsa


1 can Chipotles in Adobo sauce
4-5 fresh ripe tomatoes
2-3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2-3 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt


Add all ingredients into a blender. The chipotle peppers are hot, so add 1/2 the can along with adobo sauce at first. Turn on the blender to high and puree until smooth. Taste and add more chipotle if you’d like it hotter.

The chipotle peppers gives this salsa a great smoky flavor along with a gentle heat!
