Saffron Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
½ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ tsp saffron
½ cup orange juice
1 tbsp cucumber, seeded and processed
1 tbsp sugar or honey
1 tbsp minced ginger
salt & pepper to taste
¼ cup black/white truffle or olive oil (optional)
Instructions:
Soak saffron threads in vinegar for at least 20 minutes
Blend together all ingredients
