Sweet and Sour Dipping Sauce
Ingredients:
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp ginger, minced
1 tbsp sugar
1 spicy red pepper chopped thinly
Flour/corn starch to thicken
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a small saucepan. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Heat to boiling, then let simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes. Add flour to thicken.
