White Wine Rabbit – Kouneli Krasato

This dish is simple, yet delicious… and if you feel bad for the bunnies, substitute with chicken!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 rabbit – cut into pieces
  • 10-12 pearl onions
  • 3 cloves garlic diced
  • 1 cup white wine
  • Juice of 3 lemons
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • Olive Oil
  • Bay Leaf
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
