½ tsp baking soda
2 tsp sugar

2 tsp onion seeds
1 tsp cumin

Preheat oven to 475° F

Sieve flour with baking powder, soda bicarb and salt. Mix in sugar, egg, milk and water. Knead will into a medium-soft dough.
Apply a little oil and cover it with a wet cloth for one hour.
Make 10 equal sized balls. Press sides first and then center of the dough ball. Roll it into a round shape. Stretch it from one side to give a triangular shape. Spread with oil and top with onion mixture.
