1 egg
1cup milk
3 tsp olive oil

Topping:

2 tsp onion seeds

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 475° F

Topping:

Mix together onion, garlic, cumin, onion seeds, parmesan cheese, and salt.

Dough:

Sieve flour with baking powder, soda bicarb and salt. Mix in sugar, egg, milk and water. Knead will into a medium-soft dough.

Apply a little oil and cover it with a wet cloth for one hour.

Make 10 equal sized balls. Press sides first and then center of the dough ball. Roll it into a round shape. Stretch it from one side to give a triangular shape. Spread with oil and top with onion mixture.

Put it on a greased tray and place in oven. Remove when crispy and golden brown on both sides.
