King Crab Legs
1-2 lbs king crab legs
2 cups white wine
a few celery stalks
3-4 cloves smashed garlic
1 chopped onion
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp peppercorns
And any herbs you have laying around (bay leaves, cilantro, etc.)
Lemon Butter Sauce:
2 lemons
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp peppercorns
Instructions:
The more fragrant the stock, the tastier the crab.
This is easiest with a large pasta pot with a built-in collander. Put all the ingredients in the stockpot except for the crab legs. Bring the liquid to a boil and lower it back down to medium. Put the collander into the stockpot and put in your crab legs. Cover with a lid and let the crab steam for about 10 minutes. That’s all it takes.
For the lemon butter sauce, simply heat the butter under medium heat in a saucepan and add the lemon and peppercorns impotenzastop.it. Mix together and serve hot with the crab legs.
