Sweet Cucumber Chutney

Ingredients:

1 onion – minced
3” cucumber – minced
1 bunch mint leaves
1 tsp ginger
1 clove garlic
3 tbsp cumin
4 tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp white/cider vinegar
6 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve chilled.
